We put out a few plants today. They have been sitting in the garage all winter.

This is the other plant that we put out today.

Picture of the pond minus all of the plastic that was covering the waterfalls and top pond. I had to do a lot of cleaning and weeding this year. The water plants were starting to plug the filters.

Picture of the waterfalls and the top pond.

Our pond has a little friend now! He sings us to sleep every night!

A closer picture of our little friend. I snuck up on him in the dark and snapped this picture of him singing to us.

This is a view of the back of the pond. You see our neighbors house in the background.

This is a picture of our first water iris of 2002. It is a beautiful orange color. The picture doesn't do it justice.

There are now 3 of the orange irises blooming!

Here is a picture of our beautiful purple iris! This plant is going to have 5 blooms total it looks like.

Here is a picture showing both the orange and purple iris.

This is a picture of our first water lily of 2002. This is the red lily, the pink water lily should be blooming in the next 2 or 3 days.

This picture shows some of the flowers at the lower end of the pond. Notice the bright red Geranium!

This picture shows some of the flowers at the upper end of the pond.

We added a hummingbird feeder and a finch feeder to our pond. Last year we had hummingbirds darting around the petunias. This year we want to see if we can draw them in sooner.

OH NO!!! Jim has got the camera again! I never even got a chance to get dressed up in my sleigh bells for the picture!

A view of our Strawberry pot. As you can see, it is blooming and there are a few small strawberries on it already. Your strawberries have to play catch up Pam!

This is the view of the pond that we see out of our living room window.

Our pink waterlily bloomed this morning!

Here is another picture of the pink waterlily framed by our purple irises.

This is a better picture of our bird feeders.

Here is a better picture of the red geranium by the pond.

This is what the flower garden underneath our picture window looks like. If you look closely, you will see the small black and white video camera in the window.

A picture from the backside of the pond.

A picture of the plants in Cindy's office window.

Another picture of our pond in June.

I am only about 6 foot away from the purple finch when I take it's picture. Notice how red he is!!!

A picture of our bird feeders.

Here is a picture of a Male Gold Finch. I am only about 6 foot away when I take his picture. We have 2 male and 2 female goldfinches that visit our bird feeder regularly.

Hmmmm, the goldfinch has discovered that he is getting his picture taken.

Mrs. Goldfinch has arrived at the feeder. I was sitting on our swing when she arrived for dinner.

This is a nice picture of the female goldfinch. If you look just to the left of her, you can see a portion of the male sitting on the other side of the bird feeder.

Finally!!! I was able to get 2 pictures of the hummingbird feeding at our feeder. It is a cold and drizzly day so I was quite wet when I finally got the picture! Notice the little ham is looking directly at me while I take his picture.

This is the second picture I took. He is getting ready to take a sip from the feeder.
